Although icebreakers are nice and easy to implement, there can be a strategy around it if we want to work smarter, not harder. Everything that we do with a team of people will be much more effective and practical if we have a plan or a strategy in place before implementation or engagement.

For instance, icebreaker games are great to integrate in daily or weekly operations. If your remote team has regular meetings to discuss the work agenda, tasks, events or things that need to be addressed as a collective, starting these meetings out with icebreaker games is a great idea, especially if done consistently.
